Cannot "send for signature" from PDF doc window. I have to open echo sign and drag and drop form. I was able to send for sign during trial period though. Any ideas?

I had no trouble sending a doc out for signature when I was using the trial version, but when we purchased the annual membership, I suddenly couldn't send from the PDF doc screen.  I had to save it to my desktop and drag and drop it.  It is very inconvenient and a waste of time.  Any help would be appreciated.

Please let me know what exact issue you are facing while accessing Send for Signature.

Is there any error message? If yes, then please share the exact error message that appears so that I could analyze your issue.
