I have a document that I must send to 15 recipients +/-.  In spite of the fact that my subscription (for which I spend nearly $900 a year) includes Acrobat PRO, which is supposed to accommodate up to 25 recipients per the Adobe help page here: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/sign/using/transaction-limits.html  I cannot enter more than 10 email addresses.

How do I fix this?  I can't even find a way to "upgrade" the Adobe portion of my Creative Cloud subscription on its own, if that turned out to be the only solution.

Compounding my frustration is the inability to find anywhere on your website a means of contacting a person, whether via phone or chat... it's simply impossible.  At times like this, it's hard to see the value in the extraordinary subscription fee.

Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi williamo47623589,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the delay in response.

Please let us know what happens when you try to add more than 10 recipients.

Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot with us.

Were you able to send the document to 15 users at once before? Did you start experiencing this issue recently?

Please share the information so we can get this checked.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
