Cannot send document to be sign

Hi, My name is Teresa Nanakornpanom

I have problems sending documents to be sign, in the middle of the process goes on downloading, and it does not stop do not let me send the documents.  What am I doing wrong? please help I really need someone to call me or tell me what is wrong.

Hey TeresaNanakornpanom,

As shared above, while sending document for signature in the middle of the process goes on downloading. Does it mean the process get stuck at a certain point at each time you initiate "Send for signature" or it happens with a particular file?

How exactly you are sending files? Is it using Adobe Acrobat or using Adobe Sign web URL?

  • Use a different web browser, or delete cache and cookies of the current one and try online via Adobe Document Cloud does it still get stuck?
  • For testing, use a different email and try sending to the other user than the current one (may be to yourself).
