Cant access subscriptions in document cloud. Have subscription.

I am trying to access send and sign in my online document cloud account.  When I click on it it tells me to subscribe... When I click subscribe it says I already have an active student/teacher account and I need to click continue to go on.. then it sends me back to the subscribe screen.  This has happened about 10 times..... help please
