cant e-sign form in workday

i have an employer that has sent me a form to e-sign in workday but every time i click the link to open the modal that is supposed to pop up the PDF, it is blank.

i have tried several different computers, broswers and operating systems. it doesnt work on any of them.

any tips? i did download the pdf, signed locally on my laptop and sent to the HR rep. any idea why it does not work at all in browser?

As you have mentioned above, the form was sent in Workday. Could you please cnfirm if it is an e-sign form?

When document sent for signature via the Adobe Sign, you generally receive an email with the link to open and fill the form.

You also mentioned that you downlaoded the form. As the form was not opening how did you download that form.

It would be helpful if you can provide more information.

In workday, there is a button you can clik, lead you to the offer page. On the page, there is a offer pdf, which you can clik and it download. under the PDF, it is the e-sigunature button. To accept the offer, we must finish the e-sign, but after clik the button, it is blank.
