Champs de signature Adobe Sign

Bonjour,

J'ai crée un formulaire avec des champs de signature. Mon problème est qu'Adobe me rajoute pour les deux dernières un "pavé" de signature. comme ci dessous.

Avez vous déjà eu ce cas de figure?

If you are referring that there are two signature fields added for you on the document, it is possible in two scenarios.

First, if you have added your email address twice as a recipient on the Send page while sending the document for signature. 

Second, if you have assigned yourself two signature form fields.

Would you mind sharing the exact workflow you do when you send the document for signature?

Also, let us know how exactly you need the document to be signed.

One other option for the root cause, based on the image provided is that you are getting signatures on a web form (Widget), but you have only placed Signature fields.

Web forms require an email address, so if one isn't explicitly requested (using an email field for the recipient) then Adobe Sign will place a signature block to capture it.
