Change Email in Profile. Will it impact access to old signed docs?

Hi,

This might be a simple question, but want to be sure just the same.

If I change the default email address in my Adobe Sign Profile, will I still have access to all signed docs that were being used on my previous email.

Hi Steinetc,

Sorry for the delay in response.

When you change the email address for the Adobe Sign profile, no changes occur to the documents saved on the account.

You will be able to access all the signed documents in the account.

Please make sure that the email address that you will be using for Adobe Sign do have any registered account of Adobe Sign.
