Change sender email id/ name and response email id

I have a corporate account (let's say with name John Doe) and have setup an API application for using Acrobat Sign REST API in my business application.

Currently, when signature request emails are sent by API and received by receipients, they see something like this:
From email display name : " John Doe via Adobe Acrobat Sign.

email body: John Doe requests signature...

 

Requirement: 
Replace John Doe with a different name.

 

Please guide.

If you are trying to change the name visible on the email, please change the name for the Acrobat Sign account. The email will show the name on the account. You may change it from your Acrobat Sign Profile Settings.

The name on the account seems fine. Please confirm if you are using the same email address for the account.
