Changed email address to sign in to echosign and now im locked out

Hi all first time here, hope you can help.

 

I've used echosign for a few years with no problems. Recently I had to change my login email address and now I cant get in at all with the below error.

 

"Your new Adobe ID <new email address> cannot yet be used to access Adobe Sign because this email address was previously used to receive or sign agreements. Please follow the instructions sent to <new email address> to resolve this conflict."

 

All i get is an email advising what to do but the resolution implies you have to login in the first place to remedy this situation which I cannot do.

 

Any ideas?

 

I dont seem to have the ability to contact anyone in Adobe support even though i'm paying an annual subscription for this service.

 

Your help is much appreciated.
