Adobe Sign (via Acrobat) to collec signatures. It has changed DRASTICALLY since last week. I am trying to get to the legacy functionality. But I can't seem to figure it out. Anyone else experience this? Any ideas? I can upload my own form - but then I am unable to access my saved templates for my 2nd and 3rd documents to include on the same document. Help!

Please let us know if the issue still occurs. If yes, could you please share the option you get when trying to add the files for signature.
Are you using the desktop or the web application for sending document for signature? If you are using the desktop application, share the Acrobat and OS version numbers.
Check if the issue occurs when sending it with web applicaton.
