We are creating forms for a number of different departments - but the webform shows the creator's name as the requestor - and as the creator - we get the emails when complete. How do you change the body of the email to a generic (or none at all and just have the form name ) and how do you block the emails to the creator on a webform.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.
If the form/ web form is created and sent by the creator account, it will be received in the same account. Also, the email will show the account address from which it was sent. This is the designed behavior. You may share the form template with the person required to receive the completed document.
