- If i use Adobe Sign to acquire electronic filing signatures on form 8879, will I be in compliance with IRS circular 230?

Since I came here with the same question, you won't get the IRS to comment on a specific vendor.  They publish e-signature criteria and vendors follow to be in compliance.  So I believe the quesiton, better directed to Adobe, is whether they developed Sign in compliance with IRS e-signature requirements.
