Admin the email that is sent out to ask for signing either has a link when you click the image sending customer online to sign or a watermark saying click text.
It amazes me how many people don't read the text and send back saying no image attached.

Hi Julian,
Sorry for the delay in response.
When you send a document for signature via Adobe Sign, the signer receives an email with a link "Click here to review and sign document" that opens the document online in the Adobe Sign. I am not sure what exactly you are referring to when you say "Click the image or Watermark".
If you are looking for some information or experiencing any issue with Adobe Sign, please let us know.

It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot indication the option you are referring to.
To share the screenshot, use the steps provided below:
- Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:
- An Insert Image window will appear.
- Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.
- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.
