Client get "Agreement ID is Invalid"

Hello,

My client is unable to sign an agreement because she is getting the message, "Agreement ID is Invalid."

Everything looks normal on my end.

And ideas on what could be wrong?

Check if that helps.

If that does not help, let us know how exactly you have created the document and sent for signature.

It may be the document specific issue. Did the user check if that happens with other documents?
