Cloud Storage Size/Retention Limits
What are the storage limitations for Adobe Sign Enterprise? (I understand the file size limit is 10 MB.)
a) Is there a maximum number of gigabytes of storage before transactions are automatically purged from the Cloud?
b) Is there a maximum retention limit regardless of size?
c) Does the API allow you to access documents in the Cloud for download to local storage?
d) Is the default Adobe Sign cloud storage using Document Cloud?
Please do not refer me to the comparison of license types as that page doesn't address these questions, thanks.
I have confirmed through customer support that there is no size or time limit put on transactions stored in the Cloud. They stay there until you delete them, either individually or through retention rules that you configure.
I also learned that if you buy Adobe Sign and Adobe DC together that is referred to as the Document Cloud. But transactions for standalone Adobe sign and the Document Cloud essentially use the same storage.
Still wondering if the API supports bulk download of cloud content.

With regards to downloading from the cloud, there is a standalone export tool for Mac and Windows.
Instructions for running the stand alone document dump tool:
PURPOSE OF THE UTILITY
The purpose of the Document Export Utility is to allow account administrators to download SIGNED and APPROVED agreements of users within their account.
RUNNING THE UTILITY
On launch, the utility will initially show a LogIn User Interface. The account administrator is required to provide an Integration Key with the "user_read", "agreement_read", "widget_read" and "library_read" scopes. Integration Keys can be generated by visiting the link provided on the login window of the Document Export Utility. Please note that the Integration Key needs to be kept secret and must not be shared with anyone.
Once authenticated, the list of users in the corresponding account will be fetched and displayed in the UI. The account administrator needs to:
1. Select the list of users whose agreements have to be downloaded.
2. Select a download location. The path selected will be the root directory of all downloaded agreements. See "OUTPUT FROM THE UTILITY" below for how the files will be organized.
3. Select a date range. Agreements signed or approved within this date range will be downloaded. Please note that the time zone corresponds to the server time zone.
Clicking the 'Start Download' button starts the download process. Based on the number of agreements in the account for the selected users, this process can take several hours. There is a provision to pause, resume or cancel the download process. If no download is in progress, any signed in user is automatically signed out after one hour of inactivity.
OUTPUT FROM THE UTILITY
Within the root directory selected above, the utility creates a new directory for each selected user.
Within each user directory, a new directory is created for each unique date on which any agreement of the user was signed or approved.
