commonwealth of Virginia notary fill and sign with adobe dc

i am seeking approval for enotary document signing. secretary of the commonwealth says that they can't read my signature. i have tried from two different email.  use internet explorer, google chrome and microsft edge. i have tried for a month and still have not acheived the goal identrust is the issuer of my digital certificate. please help
