I'm looking for a way to turn off confirmation emails for just one template or just one account. That post seems to be for everyone in a company. I send the confirmation seperatly already with some additional information.
Can this be done?

If you are looking for an option to make changes only for one user on your account, then there is no direct option.
However, you may try a workaround. You can create a group with a single user and make the changes in the group settings for that group. It will apply to the user in the group.
