Completion email not received after reassigning final approver

I have not had issues receiving emails from Adobe Sign's workflow process until today.  Today I had to correct an approver's email address via the Reassign function and after they completed their signature I did not receive the final copy via an email.  The history shows the final copy to the approvers being bounced also, even though it was the same email address used to sign in the first place.  I tried to 'share' the completed document to my email address and never received that email either.  I need to have the final signed copy for storage in both the client's files and our internal repository - which we always use that final email copy for.
