Component error in Adobe sign for Salesforce

When I open the Agreement object record or creating a new record then will get this kind of error

If yes, please let us know the Adobe Sign service you are currently using.

As I have checked your account via the email address that you used to sign to the Adobe forums.

As per information, you have the Adobe Sign free service.
