Copy Adobe Sign template

I have this instruction:

And I had it working before.

However the pages in Adobe Sign seem to have changed. I got far, but am unable to locate the 

"Save to document library" checkbox.

Does anyone know where it went?

Thank you for reaching out.

In the new experience, you can click on the Save button on the Send page. Check if that helps. 

Please check the screenshot for reference.
