Create a Reusable Template not working

Hello, 

When creating a resuable template for Adobe Sign I am able to upload the specified document, but when I click on the "Preview & Add Fields" button, the page reloads to an empty blank page. 

I have close down the system and reopened it, but nothing seems to help make it work and this same issue recurs each time.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

Please try to check if the same issue occurs with other PDFs. Could you please try creating the new template and check if you experience the same behaviour?

If the issue still occurs, please share a screen recording of the steps used and what happens. We will get this checked.
