Dear Community,
we do have various Templates and would like to include for some of those templates the Audit Report as we don't need them for all.
Is there a way to achive this?

The option to add the audit report to the signed document is under account settings. It is an account-level setting and can not be set according to the document or template. You may change the settings before sending the document as per the requirement.
