Hi, im trying to test Acrobat Sign For Salesforce product for client using Acrobat Sign Enteprise free trial.
But get this message when trying to demonstrate product to client:
Error refreshing access token: invalid_request : invalid refresh token
But I am not able to sign into admin portal to request support, because it doesnt recognise my enteprise trial account credtials when trying to sign in in order to create a support request?
I have adobe account with same email as my acorbat sign enteprise email address, but they are not connected.
How can i create a support request please?
My client cant decide to buy the product if i can't demonstrate it working, thanks.
