Create Sign Workflow

Hi all,

I'd like to create a sign workflow.

I'm system admin in our org, and product admin for Adobe Sign.

However, when I try to go to "Document cloud" in tool menu, it shows access denied, is there anything missing on my side?

Hi @Jack28567434hvev are you able to send documents from https://secure.echosign.com/public/login ?

If yes and not able to use this feature from Acrobat/Document Cloud, please make sure you have an active subscription to Acrobat.
