Can a person who has received an Adobe Sign document, cross off something on the document that they don't agree with and then Sign the document and then send it back to me?

Greetings,
Currently., the Adobe Sign service does not include editing of the underlying document, including redlining.
Acrobat has some functionality to share a PDF document for review prior to sending for signature, but once the file is loaded into Adobe Sign, the document is assumed to be finalized, and significant effort is in place to ensure that the document content can not change.
