I would like to send a contract for signature... and have the option to confirm manually, and add my own signature as management. And then it follows that I would like to customize the response the recipient receives once they sign the contract. Is this possible?

Hi Holly,
Are you looking to add your signature once the document is signed? If that's the case, then you can follow these steps:
1. Go to Send tab.
2. Enter recipient's email address and below check "I need to sign" as First or Last.
3. Upload the document and send for Signature.
Regarding entering the customized message, you can use Signer Messaging feature which provides customized message once the document is signed. You can create it by going to Accounts tab->Account settings->Signer Messaging. It is available from Team account onwards.
