Customize Subject on Emails sent to Signer

Over the company where I work, whenever I send a document to get signed and it's completed and filed. Adobe Sends an email to the signers with this subject:

NAME OF THE DOCUMENT between COMPANY, SIGNER NAME and BOSS NAME is Signed and Filed!

My boss wants to take his name off and change the full name of the company to the LLC version.

How can I change that?
