Customize text input

Hi! i want to customize a text input, must be numbers, for example: 12345-789. Is it possible to customize like this?

Thank you for reaching out.

It is not possible to customize the text input field in Acrobat Sign.

However, in the form fields properties, you may set the default value for the field as zero and add a tooltip. In the Validation field, select "Number" from the drop-down list. Then set a range for numbers to be added in the field. Check if that helps. Refer to the screenshot below:
