Every time I need to reassign an adobesign license, the user who has the license revoked completey loses access to the adobe account. Everytime this happens i need to contact support because the user gets the account deactivated and cannot sign documents anymore.
This is very fustrating because the administrator cannot really manage the account without having the users locked. The operator needs to call backoffice or do something from the backend so the users can log in again.
This is totally unaceptable, I tried to fix this several times but i need to pass 1 or 2 hours being transfered from one operator to another to fix this very simple problem. I will definetly consider DocuSign on my next renewal period.
