Hi, I have an unusal issue with Adobe sign. There is one employee within our company that when I put his email address in to send a document for him to sign it defaults to another employee, however the document does get sent to the right person? We have had a look and cant see any issues or errors nor can our IT dept.
Can anyone shed any light on why this is happening please?

This seems like weird behavior. Could you please share the email address at which you sent the document and the email address of the recipient who received that document in a private message? Ensure that you share the email from the recipient on which he has received the email for signature. You may send a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

According to the information in the private message, do you mean that the email address you mentioned is sent to the right person, but the name appears differently?
If yes, this is because the name registered on the account is associated with that email address.
