Can you please let me know if Delete Agreement Api exists in V6 version? Also how Delete Agreement API can be enable in account?

You have the free developer edition of Adobe Sign.

How do I connect to pre-sales? I need to have paid account for that to get settings enabled?

You do not need to have the paid account.

The settings are enabled from the backend by the Pre-sales team for the Developer Adobe Sign account.

You can click on the contact us tab provided in this link Adobe Sign plans for individuals and businesses | Adobe Document Cloud and can fill the form.

I have followed the steps you asked. Entered the information and submitted. Since 2 days I didn't get back any response from Adobe Sign Pre Sales.
