Delete old template

I'm trying to delete an old template. I've googled and the info that I found here: https://acrobatusers.com/tutorials/making-changes-to-a-document-template-in-e-sign-services but evidently something has changed because while I can edit the document I don't have the "show properties" option.

To delete the Library template simply select it under the Manage page & click on the "Delete" button at the top right corner.
