Deleting a document ("we cannot process your request. Please reload the page and try again.")

Hello everyone,

I'm using an individual plan (to test if this suits us) for our company to digitally sign documents. After completion, it was discussed internally to remove the agreements after one month. The first 3-4 months it was possible to remove the documents by: settings (1) > edit settings (2) > privacy (3) > searching involved emailaddress (4) > remove (5). But since a few months, using the same method, I get the message "We cannot process your request. Please reload the page and try again".


I have contacted support multiple times but without any solution. Things I've already tried: (A) signing out on all devices, (B) deleting cookies and history of my Chrome browser, (C) using a diferent browser like Edge. But still without any success. Could anyone please help me? It is important to our organization that these documents are regularly removed.
