Hi,
My organisation migrated from the Echo Sign platform on Thursday, the 19th of May. In an email from our success manager months prior to the migration it was stated that the servers would be moved to the Amsterdam data center and because of this the url would be postfixed with eu2.adobesign.com. As opposed to eu1.adobesign.com. We were informed that the eu1 would indicate the data would be located in the Frankfurt data center.
Despite all of this being agreed in advance the url is post fixed with eu1.adobesign.com. Why is this?
