directly uploaded document without mail workflow

We are checking for document signing application and we are looking for adobe sign but we need to fulfill the below user requirement;

1. Want document to be directly uploaded in the system for signing and subsequent download in PC for further sharing(without mail workflow)
2. More feasible if the document opens in adobe as usual and data are stored in an audit trail.

Let us know the above user requirement can we marge into adobe sign.
