Disclaimer on adobe sign

Is there a location where there is a disclaimer something like "I allow my signature to be used in a virtual or electronic form"?

The disclaimer shall pop up first time or after any change on the disclaimer when the user is loggin in to adobe sign.

I makes the consent of using the tool regarding electronical signature or use of the tool much more easier.

- pop up window with disclaimer text need to be confiremed and agreed after first time loggin

- pop up window with disclaimer text need to be confirmed and agreed after a change of the disclaimer text.

- disclaimer text shall be editable and and versionable in the admin console

- current and active disclaimer text shall be attached to the signed document to trace under which condition that signature was given.
