I'm trying to upload a document that is identical in all respects (except who signs it) to ten other similar documents I've successfully uploaded earlier today. It's a PDF document that requires two signatures. I typically upload around 12 iterations of these every month, with no problem. I had to make a slight change to the information in the document, so I cancelled the previous version (which I had uploaded successfully earlier today) then tried to create a new transaction. I'm able to get to the point where the document is being uploaded to AdobeSign, but at that point, the process becomes glacially slow. It takes several minutes to even get to the end of the progress bar, and then when it does get to the end, it just sits there with a full progress bar and does absolutely nothing. I've tried logging out and logging back in. That didn't help. I tried reloading the page, and the document *did* appear as if it had been uploaded, but when I added the signature fields and clicked "Send" it just disappeared (it isn't in my list of "in progress" documents -- in fact, it's nowhere to be found). This is a timesheet, and it's critical that it be signed so I can submit it so the individual can be paid.
