Document with multiple signatures from one person

Hello,

I have a document where a person would have to date and initial multiple times (sometimes, up to 180 times) over the course of several days. The date/initials would have to be contemporarious and saved every time the person opens the agreement (i.e. there would be 7 instances of a May 7th date/initials, 10 instances of a May 10th date/intiials, and then a signature on May 10th).Once they finish, they will sign the form at the end. Is this something that is even possible using Adobe Sign?
