Hello,
I'm trying to establish whether Adobe Sign will notify me if a contract/document that I've sent was undeliverable (just like one gets a notification through Outlook) and , if it does, how long will it take for the 'undeliverable email' to generate?
I've looked on the FAQs but I'm none the wiser and none of my colleagues who use / have used Adobe Sign know either.
Help?!

Thank you for reaching out.
Yes, you will receive an email if the document you sent was undeliverable. The email will be received in the email account whose address is used for the Acrobat Sign account.
Ensure that the settings are enabled in the account under My Events.

Do you know the average amount of time that will pass for this 'missing email address' message to generate. I tested one the other day and it took a week, is this the standard timescale?
