Does the signing of a document through EchoSign constitute the acceptance of EchoSign's terms and conditions? I have a client who needs to know before she signs a document through the system.

Hi,

Signing an agreement through [EchoSign, eSign] requires the signer to agree to a limited portion of our licensing terms because a signer is accessing and using our service. However, most licensing terms do not apply to a signer that is not also our customer.

Hi,

How do we customize the terms and condition page based on the terms available for a particular organization. As currently i could see that it is using a default landing page once the signer click on agree to the terms after enabling the option under account level.

Also if we need multiple customized terms of use pages. Do we need to have multiple accounts being setup?
