Don't see my Adobesign templates on Adobe FIll and Sign app

I use adobesign on my desktop, I have several templates created. I downloaded Adobe Fill and Sign (iphone), I sign in and I can't see any of my templates there. I'd like to be able to send the templates for signature from my phone instead of only sending it through the computer.

Hi 123psychiatry​,

Please install "Adobe Sign" app. and login using your Adobe ID to access the templates.

Adobe Fill & Sign is a different app.
