Download signed files

Hello, I'm new to the platform. When I send several files for signature, when it's time to download them, can I download them all at once individually (leaving them separate)? From what I've noticed, I can only download them as a single PDF file, or can I download them individually one by one. I wanted to download them all, leaving the files separate and all at once, is that possible?

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

Since you have an Enterprise license (per the email address through which you are registered on the community), this is doable by your IT admin.

You can check on this with your organization's admin and ask them to use the Bulk Download Tool.

You or the account admin will need to contact the Acrobat Sign Enterprise support team to download the documents in bulk. They will share the steps for doing so and provide the tool. Please use the steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3Trbfm5.
