Downloading individual files no longer works or has been removed?

The action to download individual files seems no longer to work. When uploading multiple documents for signature. It groups them in what is called a Binder and once the document is signed, it will only allow the download of the entire group of files as one document, the binder. Before a most recent update, I could download each document individually as I uploaded them.  Has this feature been removed?

Are you still unable to download individual files from a bundled signed file document? I'm experiencing a similar issue. When I bundle the documents I can download the individual files, however when my colleague bundles the documents I cannot download the individual files, only she can.
