I have been using a trial of Adobe sign with a Dynamics 365 demo environment. I would like to use adobe sign to add items from a subgrid on a Dynamics 365 record. As an example I would like to add the Sales Team members from an Opportunity record to an agreement. Is this at all possible? Maybe this can be accomplished with customization to Dynamics? I do not see an option to map data from the subgrid currently in Data Mappings. This is a task that is required to fully automate our agreement process and I have not seen any solutions to this online.
I am able to get around this problem by using MS Flow to create a template document with items from a subgrid. However, I am now faced with a requirement to re-attach the updated template to the Agreement Template record. I have not been able to actually upload a file as an attachment in Flow using the Document entity from the Adobe Sign App in Dynamics 365. does anyone know if this is possible?
It appears that this still seems to be an issue 3 years later, or perhaps I just have not found the resolution for this ? I would like to send an Agreement with the primary entity and related entity from a sub-grid all on one form. However, I have not found a way to map them, could you update if you have found a way since then ?
