Hi there,
we have just integrated Adobe Sign in our Dynamics 365 environment and enabled it from a custom entity.
However when we go to the send for signature and add recipient the quick create option does not come up and you have to add the email address, save and then edit the details of the person. If I try and send the agreement we then get the error message "Agreement Sending Has Failed. The API caller does not have the permission to execute this operation".
I am new to this so this may be obvious to some people but can anyone advise/help with this...
