E-mail Undeliverable

I am 100% sure the e-mail I am using is correct, however whenever I try to send a document to get signed, it gets bounced and says it is "Undeliverable". Anyone else have this issue?

Is it possible to share the below details in message so that I can further check:

-Name of document.

-Sender's email.

-Signer's email.

-Date.
