I have multiple users with an Acrobat Pro license that can't request e-signatures from the e-sign tool.
They either get the "services are unavailable currently" or the contact your IT team for permissions.
When I go into the admin console there is no option to enable signatures for individual users.

We have checked your account using the email address you used to sign in to the community. The account appears to be functioning properly. As the issue occurs with other users, could you please share the email addresses for those users in a private message? You may send a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.
We will check the account details for those users.
