I have spent two different days and a few hours trying to get SOMEONE in chat support to figure out why I can not access my e sign dashboard. I log in and it loops me back around to the log in every time. Spent my whole lunch break today trying to get help. Worthless time waster. Still does not work correctly or basically at all. Thanks again Adobe for outstanding NON customer support. I have had it. The icing on the cake was the link they wanted me to click on so they could log into my account and guess what.......THE LINK DIDN'T WORK EITHER. Nice

Have you tried a different browser or tried to erase your cache or reset your browser? What OS and browser you are using?

Yes I have tried Chrome and IE. I have cleared both browser's history. I am using Windows 7 professional. I think it has something to do with my log in id. Idk I added Adobe sign app to my ipad and when I use my log in on that it keeps telling me to try again and I am positive the log in and all is correct. Next error reads to visit documents. adobe.com and reset my password!!!! ugggh..

Erasing cache is not the same as removing history. However, if you are having trouble on your iPad as wel it seems like you will need to reset your password.
