We have two orgs where we have installed Adobe Sign 21.5.11.
1. Tbox (00D0S0000000Pa8) installed v21.5.11, subscriber access granted.
2. autoCLM (00D55000000D70c) installed v21.5.11, subscriber access granted.
We have reference echosign_dev1__Add_Signed_PDF_Separate_Attachments__c field from echosign_dev1__SIGN_Settings__c custom setting in our manage package Apttus Echosign Integration v8.37.
When we try to install our manage package to Tbox (00D0S0000000Pa8), we were able to install our package successfully. Later we want to upgrade the same package in autoCLM (00D55000000D70c) but we are getting error says echosign_dev1__Add_Signed_PDF_Separate_Attachments__c variable is not available. When we checked in custom setting “echosign_dev1__SIGN_Settings__c” in autoCLM org we are unable to find that field where the same is available in Tbox.
We have raised a case with salesforce saying, how the same package can have different schema? Salesforce reverted back saying that echosign_dev1__Add_Signed_PDF_Separate_Attachments__c field has been deleted from echosign_dev1__SIGN_Settings__c custom setting.
When we set echosign_dev1__Add_Signed_PDF_Separate_Attachments__c field to true, functionality of this field is working as expected and we are receiving separate attachments after fully signed and combined when we set echosign_dev1__Add_Signed_PDF_Separate_Attachments__c to false.
I have also noticed the same field is available in echosign_dev1__Agreement_Update_Settings__c custom setting.
We would like to know;
1. What is the status of echosign_dev1__Add_Signed_PDF_Separate_Attachments__c field in echosign_dev1__SIGN_Settings__c custom setting, is it deleted of not?
2. If it's deleted then how functionality is working as expected in Tbox?
3. If it's not deleted than why we are not seeing that field in autoCLM org.
4. Why we have the same field echosign_dev1__Add_Signed_PDF_Separate_Attachments__c in two different custom settings, what is the difference and what is the use of both, please explain.
