Email notifications not sending

Hi,

I trialled Adobe Sign a few days ago with no issues, however today I'm not longer receiving email notifications (they are also not in my Junk folder). Also, when I try to send forms to people to sign, they are not receiving an email either.

My notification settings look correct so I'm not sure why this is occuring? Any help is appreciated!
